Hi, I’m Michelle
I'm a data scientist and machine learning engineer with expertise in AI strategy, machine learning implementation, and applied systems design. My work spans consulting, hands-on development, and helping businesses navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
I built my expertise through a combination of technical training, full time employment as a data scientist, and real-world experimentation—including running my own ecommerce lab where I test the tools and strategies I recommend to clients.
I am currently a student at Georgia Institute of Technology in a Masters of Science in Computer Science program. Based in Moab, Utah, I work with clients remotely and occasionally on-site for the right projects.
If AI can do something, it should — so humans can focus on being human.
That's the philosophy behind BizziB (BIZ-ee BEE). I founded BizziB AI to bring applied AI and automation to businesses and individuals who…
… spend hours on tasks that could take minutes
… are losing time (and sanity) to manual processes
… are ready to work differently
The method to the madness…
Founder-Led,
Every Step
When you work with BizziB AI, you work with me—not a junior consultant, not a faceless team. I'm involved in every project from discovery to deployment.
Practice-Informed,
Not Just Theory
I don't just advise on AI strategy—I build and test systems myself. My recommendations come from real experience implementing the exact solutions I'm proposing to you.
Systems Thinking,
Human-Centered
I look at the whole picture: your workflows, your team, your goals. Technology should serve your business, not the other way around.
ADHD-Optimized
Workflows
I design systems for how humans actually work—with energy fluctuations, context switching costs, and the need for sustainable processes. If a system doesn't fit how you operate, it won't stick.
Why not just hire anyone?
I’m selective about clients
I work with businesses and individuals that value quality over speed, implementation over buzzwords, and long-term systems over quick fixes. I'd rather do fewer projects well than many projects poorly.
No AI Magic Promises
AI is powerful, but it's not magic. I won't oversell what's possible. I'll tell you what will work, what won't, and what's worth your investment.
Transparent, Honest Approach
I communicate clearly about scope, timeline, and costs. If I don't think AI is the right solution for your problem, I'll tell you.
Ethical AI Focus
I care deeply about responsible AI implementation—building systems that are fair, transparent, and aligned with your values.
How this goes…
-
No sales pitch, no commitment—just an honest discussion about what you're dealing with.
We'll talk about your current challenges, what's eating up your time, and where you think AI or automation could help. I'll ask questions, you'll share context, and we'll figure out together if there's a fit.
If I don't think I can help, I'll tell you. If I see opportunities you haven't considered, I'll point them out.
Duration: Usually 60 minutes
Cost: Free
Next step: If it makes sense to work together, we move to scoping. -
No cookie-cutter solutions. I dig into your specific situation and design an approach that fits your business, your budget, and your timeline.
The proposal includes:
Clear scope of work (what I'm building or solving)
Timeline and milestones
Pricing structure (retainer, project-based, or hourly)
What you'll get at the end
You review it, we discuss any adjustments, and you decide if you want to move forward. No pressure.
-
I never touch your live website, production database, or customer-facing systems until we've tested thoroughly.
Here's the process:
Build and test in a development environment
Show you proof-of-concept
Get your approval
Only then deploy to production
You're involved at every stage. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Why this matters: No surprises, no breaking things, no "oops we took down your website."
-
When the project wraps, you don't just get code or a system—you get clear documentation so you understand what was built and how to maintain it.
This includes:
Step-by-step guides
Video walkthroughs
Technical documentation
Troubleshooting tips
The goal is to empower you, not create dependency. You should be able to manage what I build (or hand it off to someone else if needed).
-
Project-Based: Fixed scope, fixed price. Good for well-defined projects like "build this automation system."
Retainer: Monthly fee for ongoing work. Good for continuous improvement, fractional leadership, or multiple initiatives.
Hourly: Pay for time as needed. Good for smaller tasks, troubleshooting, or exploratory work.
Value Exchange: In select cases, I trade services for something valuable to me (like the yoga membership exchange). Not available for all clients, but worth discussing.
We'll figure out what makes sense for your situation during the proposal phase.
-
Projects don't always end with delivery. Sometimes you need:
Tweaks and adjustments as you use the system
Training for new team members
Expansion to other parts of your business
Someone to call when something breaks
I offer post-project support on a retainer or hourly basis. It's optional—you decide if you need it.
Many clients start with a project, then transition to a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization and support.
-
Sometimes after our initial conversation, it's clear we're not the right match—maybe your needs are outside my expertise, maybe timing isn't right, or maybe you need something I don't offer.
When that happens, I'll tell you honestly. And if I can, I'll point you toward someone who might be a better fit.
I'm not here to take on projects I can't do well. Selective clients, selective projects, quality work.
